Motion Systems Design Engineering

The development and manufacturing process of electro-mechanical systems typically begins with identifying requirements and creating a design that meets these requirements. This process often involves the use of design review meetings and prototypes to ensure that the design is feasible and meets all necessary specifications.

Integration, Validation and Testing

Where the various components and subsystems of the system are brought together and tested to validate and verify their performance. This phase may involve the use of software simulations, such as those created with MATLAB or Ansys, as well as hardware/software-in-the-loop testing. These tools and techniques allow designers to create highly accurate and detailed models of the system, helping to ensure that it will perform as intended once it is in operation.
